How to conduct hybrid instruction using the Zoom Panels

1. Pre-Class Setup & Checks

DTEN Panel:
- Ensure the panel is powered on (the power button is located on the lower left-hand side of the panel in the back. It has three lines embossed on the button.)
Laptop:
- Ensure the laptop is connected to the internet.
- Install/ Update Zoom client on the laptop.
- Ensure that you are logged into Zoom
- Have the presentation materials ready (e.g., PowerPoint, PDF, document).

2. Starting the Zoom Meeting

3. Utilizing the Zoom Panel

Displaying Zoom:
- Join Meeting: Enter the Meeting ID and join the meeting.
Sharing Content:
- Wireless Screen Sharing: Press screen share in your Zoom App.

4. Ending the Session

Tips for Success:

Test Thoroughly: Conduct a test run before the class to ensure all technology is working correctly and you are familiar with all the features.
Keep it Simple: Avoid overly complex setups that can lead to technical difficulties.
Practice: Regularly practice using the Zoom panel and Zoom to become more comfortable with the technology.
Be Patient and Flexible: Be prepared to troubleshoot any technical issues.
