Guide: Sharing from a Personal Computer to the DTEN D7X Dual 75 Zoom Panels (SEIS Room 111)
This guide provides comprehensive instructions for sharing content from your computer using the Zoom application or the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) USB-C cable on the DTEN D7X Dual 75 Zoom Panels and the podium controls in the classroom.

The DTEN D7X is an all-in-one video conferencing solution designed for seamless collaboration. Dual 75" touchscreens enhance the meeting experience by allowing participants to share content effortlessly.
Method 1: Sharing via the Zoom Application
Step 1: Share Your Screen
In the Zoom app on your computer:
Open the Zoom application on your computer.
Click the Share Screen button in the meeting controls at the bottom of the Zoom window.

Step 2: Select What to Share

Step 3: Click Share
Click the Share button to start sharing your selected screen with the panels.
The panel may auto-join or may prompt you to enter a join code, which can be found in the top right corner of the panel.

Step 4: Stop Sharing

Method 2: Sharing via the BYOD USB-C Cable
Step 1: Connect Your Device

Locate the BYOD Cable:

Connect Your Computer:

Step 2: Select the input source.

On the DTEN Panel:
The panel should automatically detect the connection. If it does not, use the touch screen to select the appropriate input source (e.g., HDMI or USB-C).
The HDMI cable will function like the USB-C cable, except it does not provide the capability to charge your computer or use the touch control of your computer with the Zoom panel.
Step 3: Share Your Screen
Your computer’s screen should now be mirrored on the DTEN panel. You can begin presenting your content directly from your device.
Control your device using the panel’s touch screen. Note: This function only works when your device is plugged into the USB-C cable on the left side of the panel.
Step 4: Disconnect

Method 3: Sharing via the Podium
Step 1: Connect Your Computer
Step 2: Select the input source.

Step 3: Select the Audio Input on your personal computer
Step 3: Reset the Board
On the back of the left board, at the bottom left-hand side, press the top of the two buttons. Then tap the Zoom choice at the bottom center of the screen when your class is complete to reset the board.

Troubleshooting Tips
If you encounter issues with screen sharing, ensure that your Zoom application is up to date. You can check for updates by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner and selecting "Check for Updates."
If the panel does not recognize your device, try reconnecting the USB-C cable or switching to a different input source.
